"Local Area Connection" doesn't have a valid IP configuration - Win7

Hi. So I came back to my desktop after a weekend away, and all of a sudden my wired network has changed to "Unidentified Network" with no network access. I have never had a single problem with this before and I've tried several fixes that do not do a thing. I live in a dorm and am plugged directly into the wall. I also use a switch to use an Xbox One. I have tried plugging the PC directly into the wall instead of the switch to no avail. I've also turned everything off multiple times. Here is my ipconfig information
I'm not sure if this matters, but I feel I should mention that both my IPv4 and IPv6 Connectivity display "No network access"

    Ipv6 doesn't matter much.

It looks like you can't find a DHCP server to get an IP.

Does your XBox have a connection? Don't bother with below stuff if it doesn't. And ask dormatory IT department/management.

    You can try:
    - A different cable (the one you use with XBox perhaps)
    - Any security software you are running? Especially firewall.
    - Download Linux Mint MATE and make it bootable USB/DVD. Boot with it (no installation needed) and see if you will have a connection.

There are more but I will leave them for later in order not to complicate.
