Can not connect to my NAS D-link DNS320 to map a drive

I have a D-link DNS320 NAS. For long there was no problem until recently I had a severe crash that extended through my backups and I had to do a full new windows installation (and new PC in the process) but for some reason win 7 (home prem 64/SP1) refuses to detect the NAS. It is detected on my android phone and another win 7 PC

I can ping it, I can access it through a web interface, but when I try to add the drives (2) by mapping them, windows does not see the NAS at all in the network (using network icon in my computer).

I have a gigabyte GA-H81M-HD3 motherboard, all latest drivers installed

Now I have already spend many hours and searching the web, but can not find a solution and getting desperate.
    Anyone an idea?

See if these services are started
    - Computer Browser
    - Network Connections
    - Network Location Awareness
    - Remote Procedure Call (RPC)
    - Server
    - TCP/IP Netbios helper
    - Workstation
    - IPSec

    - SSDP Discovery
    - UPnP Device Host
