Asus Laptop keeps getting random limited access. No internet Access

When I am on my computer at random times my asus laptop would drop my internet. I am using a wireless connection and my connection is not bad. Just wondering if there is a quick fix to this. I am not the most knowledgeable computer guy but I could follow directions if you guys need addition info of my laptop.

Thank you! Any help would be appreciated.

Try remove and re-connect: Wireless Network - Remove
    Try re-installing wireless adapter drivers.

What security software are you using?

I just removed the network and rejoined it. Also how do you re-install wireless adapter drivers?

I am using "webroot secureanywhere v9.0.4.7"

I have also tried changing DNS servers to google ones and changing power settings to never turn off if low power. I have tried a ton of things and everything leads to me to think it is the function of my wifi card. I am not an expert but just a guess.

Everyone in my house hold has no problem with the internet. It works fine for them and never disconnects. I am the only one that gets the limited connectivity "!".

You should be able to get drivers from Asus website for your laptop, search Google with model number.

Try uninstalling webroot too, later you can re-install.

    Ok, open Device Manager (devmgmt.msc)
    - expand Network Adapters
    - note down the wireless adapter name
    - right click Computer and properties, check your OS bit version (32 or 64)

ASUSTeK Computer Inc. -Support- Drivers and Download A53SV
Select the correct bit OS and expand wireless category, download the driver for the adapter you have.

Once you find the correct file to download, you will want to use the link named Global.

Not the link named Global (DLM) or P2P. These files are not so big that you need a download manager (DLM) or peer to peer software.
