can't change from work computer to home

I'm trying to set up a home network and when i try to change from a work computer to home and restart, it's back to work computer. I'm running win7 pro for rebuilt computers. this pc is wired to a netgear 7550 wireless router with 2 wireless laptops, 1 win7 ,other win10. I'm not very computer savy, so I'm struggling with this. Appreciate any help.

You are already in a workgroup, named TRONE. Change the workgroup name to what you have on other PCs.
Other than that, try changing network location from within "Network and Sharing Centre". If greyed out, there may be an option to change from HomeGroup window (also Network and Sharing Center).

The check out networking - Force network location to "Work network" in Windows 7 Home edition - Super User (should work in pro and up)

Thanks for the reply, I had already done that, the workgroup was named homegroup, changed it to trone. the 2 laptops will join, but not the wired computer. All entries in network list manager policies are set to not configured in the wired computer that I'm trying to work on.I forgot to upload this

HomeGroup is a bit different than Workgroup.
IPconfig doesn't reveal much, can you post a screenshot of Network and Sharing Center on the wired PC?

Seems it is working alright, what is the exact problem you are facing at the moment?

Can you see other PCs in Windows Explorer - Network ?

Check this tutorial - Homegroup - Add Computer or Join

If all fails try removing all PCs from HomeGroup, re-create a new one afterwards and joining the new one:
    - Homegroup - Leave
    - Homegroup - Create
