    Questions about Full Network Map

Since Win7 is the last version of Windows to provide the Full Network Map function, I'm trying to determine how to find the information displayed, and (if possible) find a 3rd party product that provides the same information.

But first, I would like to know some things about the Full Network Map. When I hover over the icon of a remote device, Windows displays the name, IPv4 address, IPv6 address, and MAC address of the device. Is there any way to capture this information as text - either from the map itself or from a command?

Many more questions will be posted soon.

Apparently, that depends on the router. My Asus TR-N56U displays the MAC and IPv4 addrs for all devices, the name for some, and does not show an IPv6 addr for any of them. Anyway, if there isn't a 3rd party product that provides this information,I would rather get the data from a command so I can (if I'm ambitious) use the information in a script. I suspect I should start looking at the NETSH command (but I'd rather find an already written replacement for the map).
