    Wireless Connection Problems

    Hi,
Hope someone can help! Installed Windows 7 ultimate on Friday. Worked fine for a bit. Turned on yesterday, connected to wireless and was checking my emails.. connection suddenly went to limited and when I tried to disconnect from the network, windows explorer crashed. Restarted twice, then managed to run troubleshoot and it said wireless adaptor was disabled. Managed to enable again and was fine.
Today, same thing has happened.. able to browse for a few minutes then goes to limited. Now I can't troubleshoot, says no problems found and wireless adaptor is working fine. But wireless icon isn't showing... just an icon saying connect an ethernet cable. When in control panel, says it's disabled and crashes when trying to enable.
Just tried to restart and got a blue screen saying driver_crash_error.. with the usual stuff about if this is the first time you have seen this screen restart.
My pc is a Hp slimline pavillion s3842uk and running a liteon wireless card, but when I try to get information it says model and make unknown!
Also system is hanging when restarting or shutting down, have to manually switch off.
Currently on a windows xp netbook which is working perfectly on the wireless so definitely not router issues. Tried to restarting the wireless already.
Any help really appreciated, as I sort of need my wireless as I'm in the middle of my dissertation for Uni so slightly panicking I won't have internet access on my pc! :)
