Sometimes we canīt see the server or other computers on local network

    Hi everybody.

I would be more then happy if somebody could help me.

I have a company with 8 PC on local network. But often we canīt see one of them which is called "server" and sometimes another one. We use one AV (bitdeffender), and Code two publick folder for sharing emails via outlook. The base settings, like visibility or firewall we have set fine.

So please does anyone know where the problem is?

    Hi etkefan,

If the problem is that you can't see the CodeTwo Public Folders server or client Add-ins (within the program), first of all try installing the latest version of the program (provided you own a version 5.x license: CodeTwo Public Folders - Download) on top of all instances of CodeTwo Public Folders in your network.

If this does not help, try applying this troubleshooting guide: Frequently Asked Questions - Resolving communication problems between Outlook Add-ins and the Syncing Master | CodeTwo Public Folders User's manual

Should the problem persist, contact CodeTwo Support: Contact us

Important: keep in mind that you must have a valid support contract to receive assistance

    Best regards,
    Adam
