    event error 1002

I hope someone can help me. I have been everywhere on the net on different forums, and get no answers.
I have windows 7 home premium 64 bit. Have telstra USB 4g, sierra wireless aircard 320U on wwan network.
Continually throughout every day I have event error 1002 DHCP-client. I have tried numerous times in
command prompt ip config /all, and everytime I get media disconnected. I have phoned Telstra, and I have
not got an answer. I am concerned about this error, because i am now getting at different times, unidentified network
and then the signal will drop out.

Thank you for replying ICIT2LOL. I ended up having a technician come to my home and check everything
out. I did not understand much about networking. He told me my errors are because I am unable to
use Realtek gbe family controller with my setup. I have a Telstra yagi antenna, 4g modem, and the cable
running from the wall socket goes straight to the modem, cannot be placed in Ethernet port.

Sorry Ethel if I had known you were trying to install the cable from the aerial to the machine i could have told you straight away - the plugs are just not compatible. The plug on the aerial and hence the wall socket is know as a RJ11 and that plugs into the modem or splitter from the wall and the RJ45 goes from the modem to the computer.

The RJ11 does not fit the computer simply because of the size and shape the 45 being larger .
