    Motorola Surfboard SB6120


    Can anyone tell me whether the performance improvement of the SB6120 vs. my older SB5xxx model is worth plunking down $100? Would be for my home network with 3 users. Would characterize my usage pattern as mostly casual web surfing with occasional Skype, Netflix instant watch, Pandora, etc. No gaming, no heavy-duty downloading, no Vudu (yet).

    No, I pay a monthly flat fee ($44.95) for internet access to Cablevision.

Well I just upgraded to a new Motorola SB6120 modem. My local provider supports channel bonding. My normal speed prior was 20 MBps Down and 5 MBps Upload. Here is what I'm now getting. All I can say is WOW!
