The half-open limit really wasn't even a problem to begin with. It only effect how many half-open TCP connection could be formed at one time. More information here: TCP half-open - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

how do i make my notepad docs open in full screen rather than half
when i open a new notepad doc it opens as half screen. i have tried to drag it & to double click the toolbar & neither makes it open in full screen view when i open a new one. anyone know what to do here?
