Interactive services message --> VPN connection problems

I have multiple sites that all have win7 machines, I keep getting this strange error message from "interactive services" see the attached photo. I am not sure why this keeps coming up. Its a very simple 4 line .bat file that tells it to reconect to the VPN after a certain amount of time or at a specific time. There is also a task in the task scheduler set to run the .bat. any idea's or help is much appreciated.

It is sad that Microsoft still has a typo in that notification.
(The program might need information FORM from you...)

Check the VPN service properties. Is the option to Allow service to interact with desktop checked?

    Just a random example:

I thought that you were using a 3rd party VPN tool. I don't know why I thought that, but I did.

It is normal for the Remote Access Connection Manager (Local Computer) service to not have a check by the option to Allow service to interact with desktop.

Do you get the notification shown in post #2 if you run the batch file manually?

No if we run the .bat file manually its totally fine no error messages. It doesn't even happen everyday perhaps the .bat is trying to run before the service is fully running on occasion or something I'm really not sure...

    Manually halt the service.
    Manually run the batch file.
See if an error comes up - other than an error shown in the cmd window.
