Can't access any websites, taking too long to respond.

Hi, I am experiencing an issue with my internet. In my browsers (all of them) I get [URL] took too long to respond. Internet works fine on every other comp. It was working fine just last night. What I tried:
Restoring from a system restore backup
Flushing DNS with ipconfig /flushdns
Pinging a website that won't work. Results are normal. (Pinged google.com 8ms)

Restarting router
Changing the port my Ethernet cable is plugged into on the router
Changing DNS settings (from auto to googles DNS)
Restarting computer

Does anyone know why this happens? Thanks for your help!

You could try resetting the hosts file.

Actually, it was a bug with my antivirus. Reinstalled and all is good. Thanks, though!
