Point Libraries to network storage, and hide C drive

I've been researching this all morning, so I'm reaching out to see if someone has an answer.

What I am trying to do is to point the Libraries in windows 7 (docs, music, pictures, videos, etc) to network storage, and off the local computer.

Then I want to hide the C drive from view.

The goal is the force the user to save any documents and files to a folder in their libraries, for example documents or pictures, which will all be located to a network storage and not to each user's local machine. Hiding the C drive will give them no option to select other than the Libraries stored on the network.

Even if the user saves something to their desktop, it should save to storage. Kind of like Exchange, it should automatically create a user folder for any new users that log in.

There must be a way to do this natively. I found a free program that does something like this with moving the libraries, but I know there is a way to do this right from windows 7.

add a network drive to 'Libraries?'
recently moved a 1 Tb drive off my main computer and set it up as USB external drive on my Linksys E4200 router. I would like to add a folder on this drive to my 'pictures' library in Win 7. Messages tell me I cannot because it is not indexed. Context menu on the drive/folder dose not give option...

Libraries - Am I missing the point?
The idea of the Library (I think) is that it gathers all documents you want to be treated as belonging to the same category into one folder. Yet to do that one has to add the required folders to that Library. For example, I want all my current documents in the "current" library. I have a folder on...
