Computer has blocked all connections, won't recognize network

Hi everybody. I recently did a clean install of Windows 7 on an older (2006) Dell XPS desktop. I have the computer hooked up to my ethernet with a new cable I just bought. Earlier it was all working fine, Windows 7 installed correctly, the internet was really fast and connected properly, but now, after shutting down the computer for a few hours and turning it back on, nothing works. I cannot access any websites from any browser--all the browsers are telling me it doesn't "trust" the connection.

It's showing that I'm connected to the ethernet (i.e. no connection problems show up in the Network Preferences), I just can't access any web pages.

I know there's nothing wrong with my router or connection because I have another computer (a Windows 10 desktop) hooked up to it as well and that computer works fine, so what's wrong with this computer?
