NAS suddenly not appearing on one computer but does on others

I have a Drobo NAS with a dedicated address that had been showing up either as the Z drive on my main computer and/or the Z drive on my Network listings until a couple of days ago. I had not been paying attention but I just noticed it during that period. The Drobo has a dashboard and it shows up on the dashboard, and it also shows up as a client on my Asus router. When I look in Windows Explorer, however, it does not appear now. I have a Windows 10 computer on the same switch, and it shows up on it. I can ping the NAS on the affected computer.

Is there some command that I can issue for my Windows 10 computer to refresh the network to see if it can "see" the Drobo NAS? I find it curious that I can ping the NAS but that it does not appear in the Network list. How do I begin to troubleshoot this?
