How can I disable internet for all but a select few applications?

I'm tired of these Microsoft guys spying on me, especially on Windows 10. I was wondering, if there was any way to completely disable the internet for the whole system, and only allow internet access to a select few applications?

    Thanks, God Bless.

There's a lot you can do with Windows Firewall, but I doubt you could use it to completely prevent Windows from communicating with MS.

Gibson Research C[[something] has a Never10 that will help stop some of that. SaferNetworking's Spybot Anti-Beacon is also available. However, be forewarned, diddling with some of MS/Windows' internal workings can have consequences.

Configuring Windows Firewall to do this is exactly what you need (or any other firewall that has per-process blocking capabilities).

Enable the outgoing block and delete all rules, then selectively enable all programs that you know you'll use. In this way, the firewall can block pretty much anything, including the built-in services. For example, Windows Update fails until given access. All software can be restricted in this same way.
