    "not connected-no connections are available"

    Hi all,

I have a HP G62 running windows 7 and I'm unable to connect to a network. Windows troubleshooting is unable to detect the problem and I've uninstalled and reinstalled the network adapter drivers as well as bought and installed a new network card. Can anyone suggest what else I might try to get this resolved?

    Thanks,
    Drew

    Hi Drew,
That Amber also confirms that internal HP checks cant find it either.
If you goto Device Manager are there any problem Device(s), or showing a small down arrow or ! mark

Thanks for the reply, I've opened up device manager and everything looks good no caution or exclamation signs. Any other thoughts?

    Thanks again,
