    ping time out for my site


    i cant access my site from my internet provider but its accessible using another network. when i ping the site it shows REQUEST TIMEOUT. please help

    Hello.

    You're going to have to give us some more information than what you've already provided. We can't just guess everything.

    Have you contacted your ISP about this? Perhaps they are blocking the web server host. Could you PM me the site's IP address or domain name so that I can try and access the website from my end?
