Unidentified network and no LAN Lights

    Hey Guys,
I'm having this strange issue. I turned my PC off yesterday to move the location. Everything was working just fine before this. And now i get the Unidentified network in the Network Sharing Center. DHCP is set to automatic. I get the windows default IP 169.x.x.x. I have tried 3 different cables all different lengths, also tried going direct into the Motorola Cable modem and also the Linksys E2000 and tried the Netgear ProSafe 8port 1G switch all with no luck.

Also i have noticed something weird, the LAN Lights on the Mobo are off, but the LAN lights on the Switch/Router/Modem end work fine. I have cleaned the LAN port in case it was dirty.

I have tried all of the suggestions here starting with bunch of "netsh" commands.
In Device Manager the card is detected just perfectly, there is no Red/Yellow Marks. I can uninstall it and reboot and it will reinstall it back just fine but the problem still stand with Unidentified network. I have used the updated driver from Asus site and still nothing.

I have reset the BIOS back to default and still no go.
I have updated the BIOS to latest Firmware still no go.
Different desktops with LAN connections work just fine.
I have also changed the MAC Address on the NIC Card and still no go.
    Firewall is Off

There has been no lighting or power outages. No blackouts or brown outs.

    Specs of Machine:
    Mobo: Asus P8P67
    OS: Win7-x64
    Ram: 16GB
