fiber optic internet say 65mbps but actually only gets 0.1-3 mbps

shows high speed but really only gets like 1 or less mbps

using ookla internet speed test and the one i posted here earlier obviously

then work your way down, some desciptors may/may not be the same.

didn't work, I have tried nearly every combination, nothing helped. It can't be the settings they have been the same constantly, it wouldn't stop working with those settings suddenly surely

i don't even have any auto values to select in any of my settings
