fiber optic internet say 65mbps but actually only gets 0.1-3 mbps

Windows 7 pro 64 bit
Custom build PC, 4 years old
Using netgear Wi-Fi USB micro n300
Which has worked fine on this PC until a week ago
And still works fine on other PCs
PC used to get 20 mbps down, all other wireless and wired devices get this still
For some reason I now get 0.1 to 3 mbps maximum
Varies using different USB ports
This room doesn't have an Ethernet port, only have a wireless option
Provider is bt, homehub 5. Everything was fine until a week ago.
Now I'm on dial up 90s speeds.
What can be wrong and how can I fix?

There could be something interfering with the WIFI signal.
Have you tried using a different channel on the router?

I did yes, didn't help

Every other PC and device still gets 20 mbps

Do your other devices get the same good speeds when on the same room with your PC?
