    Network Display Lockups

Let me start off by saying that Internet is working fine, and as far as I am aware, my network is okay too. BUT, I can't access any settings related to networking. I can't load Network and Sharing Center. It locks up. The screen shows, and you can see part of it, but one section flashes between showing and not showing (where it has the actual network display), and the window is frozen. What I am ultimately trying to do is get into the Change Adapter Settings window. I have searched online and found a lot of people with this same problem, but no successful solutions. What do you think? Thanks much in advance.

I think the problem is related to the bluetooth adapter on the PC.

    Hi Mystik1,
    2 options
open printers & devices via control panel, select bluetooth
open device manager is anything showing as having a problem(! or small black down arrow)
