Windows Cloud not working for me

I have been trying to upload folders to Windows Cloud. I go in to my email account and then open cloud. I seem to be able to upload folders but they are all empty? Not sure what I am doing wrong here, I have also tried to upload individual images with limited success.

If anyone can help I would be obliged.
