    Internet "disconnect" every few secs

    Like the title says my internet is disconnecting all the time. Not really every few secs but every few minutes for like 5-10 secs sometimes even more then it goes ok.

    *just wanna say, router isn't a problem. tried using internet without router (modem only) same issue happening, contacted ISP they "changed" frequency but nothing happend, any suggestions? tried reinstalling my network drivers too,nothing..*

    On PC mostly because it's having problem when modem+router is on and when it's only modem on. So it's like if wi fi is on or off same issue is happening. ISP is giving me a bullshit story that problem is not by their part..
    Sorry for language.

    Well if your other devices stay connected then the problem is not with the ISP. Since your PC disconnects both when using cable and when using wifi it sounds more like your network card. Do you have a separate card or is it integrated in the motherboard?

    @cyanna Using or not using Wi-Fi situation is same. Example when i'm playing game it freezes my game but sometimes I can hear other players talking. 2nd example on teamspeak, like my internet "dies" and it doesn't show but it doesn't work neighter but I can hear everyone on teamspeak when they're talking but they can't hear me. About network card that doesn't seem to be an issue since I bought intergrated (whole pc,not like with procesor only the surrounding idk how it's called) and it works fine, reinstalled drivers, updated all of them but still same. Only once it worked "fine" and that was when I actualy restarted all settings to default and it worked perfectly for like 2,3 hrs then it started f*cking me again (probably not even a fix but idk).

    "Example when i'm playing game it freezes my game but sometimes I can hear other players talking." That means your internet connection is still active or you wouldn't be able to hear them. If you want to check there are quite a few network monitoring tools available, for example Microsoft Network Monitor.
    Have you checked your network speed? Do you have any graphics card related events in Event Viewer?
    And what do you mean by "restarted all settings to default"? Which settings?

    One other method.

    Change the cable connecting from the wall socket to the modem.

    Cable sometimes do give problem.

    As ISP has check on their end, so it may be at your end.

    @cyanna Network speed 20/4 mbps - 2.4mb/s dl + 0.24mb/s upload.
    Settings of router. Then I unplugged it completely and used only modem and it was fine for some time and it started doing all these things again. @Eric3742 I know man but I live in a shit of country called Bosnia and I don't think my ISP gives a f*ck.. I did contacted them, they were telling me they changed frequency and shit and I need to wait 1,2 days to get it solved,14 days passed til then, called them 2 more times they said problem is not in their part.

    And just to add, when I use router (and modem ofc,it's logical) my packet loss always goes over 10%,when I use only modem it's 0.8% max.

    For teamspeak if you are a client bandwidth shouldn't be a problem and as long as you can hear the others you are still connected to the internet. Can you confirm if you are client or host?
    For gaming however your internet speed is barely there and if you are in Bosnia... what is your ping lag? speedtest is one of the sites that will show that but you will need to choose a server close to where the gaming server is not close to where you live. Actually try both, it will give you an idea of what I am talking: your internet speed should be the same but the ping time can go from 30ms to over 100ms.
    As a way to improve things: always play cabled, not wireless, and make sure no other devices are connected to the internet, wired or wireless since your bandwidth will have to be shared between them
