Windows 7: Offline files marked grey X

Offline files marked grey X

Hello all. We have an Active directory and all users are in groups with policies in a domain. All worked fine till one user complained that he couldnt open the offline files while offline. The desktop and the my documents are auto synchronize with the server, by the GPO.
The most of the files (almost all) in the desktop and in the my documents where marked with a grey X(while offline), and when i tried to open one i had a "unable to open the file" error message!
How is it possible the one day offline files worked normally and the other to marked X?
How is it possible some users of that group been ok and some (cause the problem is found in other users too) have that marks ?

Firstly i thought it was corrupted CSC and clear it and reboot it! But when i clear the cache seems like it cant take the policy from the group. Desktop and my documents are not offline folders anymore. Its ok i can make them offline my own in the my documents. But in the Desktop? i cannot do it my own.

Why the policy doesnt work after csc clear ? Why it stoped ?
Is it a policy matter ? Is it a CSC problem? Is it a Domain problem ?
I am really confused please help me if you know something !

thanks for your time , Tzampanakis Dimitris
