Windows 10 network woes

I hope I can post this on this forum and in here. Don't come on here a lot unless I have a problem or want some advice.

Has anyone else managed to get online with w10?

Since I updated it and installed it I haven't spent a single minute online. For one reason. I can't

I'm fairly sure with w7 you could plug the ethernet cable into the PC/laptop and you'd be online. I never actually remember having to enter any passwords as it was a wired connection. I have since been bought a WiFi card and that works great. Just need the usual verification when you setup and you're away.

Fast forward to w10 and I've not had a single update.
I have a connection to the router in question but "no internet"

A wired connection gives the same results. All troubleshooting doesn't get me any further either.

Any help appreciated as it's impossible to even update drivers etc without any sort of connection

I am not really sure where to post this, but my .dmp files are pointing to a driver issue, so this is probably as good a place to start as any. Approx 3 months ago, I purchased the hardware to build a new system, and did my homework first to make sure it would all be compatible. I got all the...

Hi there, My copy of Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit (upgraded ages ago from Vista - both discs 100% legal) has started to misbehave. I had a hard disk crash recently shortly after installing SP1. It kept locking up EVERYTHING for 30 seconds every minute. Fortunately I could clone the disc...
