Wireless Printer in a Wired Windows 7 soho

I am completely dumb with wireless.
We bought an oki mb400 printer to replace our small usb canon desktop printer. This printer is setup on a Windows 7 Pro computer. We have a workgroup of three computers sharing this usb printer.

The Oki is in the box. I will remove it and begin the setup.
I do not know how to setup the Oki for wireless/wifi.
I have read the Oki pdf document and that leaves me confused.
Do I turn on the Oki MB400 - and use its panel to setup? Do I access the router - to set it up?
Do I need to do this within Windows 7 - but how? in the past I inserted the USB cable - turned on the printer and Windows 7 installed the driver.

Everything in our shop is wired. But we need to improve our situation such as using wireless devices.
Let me know what needs to be done.
I do apologize for being uninformed on possibly something that may be very less than intimidating.
