    Cant change password on homegroup?
    It wont let me leave homgroup or change password!?

    I cant leave the homegroup?


    The pc wont let me leave my homegroup? I have windows 7 proffesional

    I did search for homegroup issu and
    Peer networking identity manager (PNRPsvc) (P2prpsvc) Dont run?

    Hi,
    How have you tried to leave the home group ?
    As far as I've noticed to get another or new password would be for all machines to leave the existing home group.
    Windows generates the password
    A single machine will I assume always generate the same password
    So to get a new password use a different machine to have it generate the password :/

i am trying to set up a home group to be able to share my printer and files i cant find the home group password as windows never showed any password when i reinstalled (windows 7) all i get is a blank password box and no way of getting the password HELP
