Oh so fun windows workgroup password issues.

Hello Folks!!

I have 5 computers on homegroup, all but one will allow computers to connect to open any shared folders. The other 4 you can open folders on like you should be able to. The bad computer is able to open all the others folders but restricts access and demands a password.

I have deleted each computer from the homegroup and started a new one. That didn't work.

I went through the advanced settings to turn off password protection. That didn't work.

The bad computer is even a fresh install/build of win7 SP1.

I'm at a loss with this because no video I have found on youtube gets anywhere close to fixing this. And are all the same thing but annoyingly done slightly. Anyone know how to remedy this issue? Normally deleting the entire workgroup clears up any bugs.
