Browsers take forever loading same website/websites but only on one pc

IE, Opera, FF, Chrome, all have problems loading the same websites while other sites load right away.

Just for an example... racerxonline.com will not load on any browser, but only on one of my windows 7 pc. My second win7 and linux pc work fine using the same router and all three computers are hard wired to the router as I don't have or use WIFI.

Here are the steps I have taken to resolve the issue with no success over the last couple of days:

1 Deleted and reinstalled all browsers with no add ons.
    2 ipconfig /release..... ipconfig /renew
3 I use ccleaner all the time
4 swapped ethernet cables with the two other computers
5 swapped ethernet ports on router that other two computers work fine with
6 checked all start up programs in start up folder and all basic nothing new or odd
7 ran full scan of malwarebytes, awdcleaner, avast, windows defender on and updated
8 switched to OpenDNS and google

FF does not work either, even after uninstalling and installing. Several sites, it never ends, but just to keep it simple racerxonline.com is one of them that hangs when trying to load the page. If I click on the refresh button on any browser for example, then racerxonline.com will load only text no images.

Just to be clear, that website and every other one that hangs works fine on my other win7 pc and my linux pc. This forum for example takes minutes to load as well. Very confusing to say the least.

samuria, this is how that website you posted looks from my troubled pc. I had to use my other pc to upload it to flickr as when I sign into flickr, it won't upload on this pc and flickr has a "one file time out" message
