What CAT cable to use???

I am a student in networking and computer support. I want to create a network in my man cave (spare bedroom that is empty). I will have 4 PCs, windows 7, 8.1 and 10, 2 printers, a switch, ISP modem, and a NAS. I have been looking at CAT cabels on the web and getting confused. All cables will be in the room. What type cables would be best? There are different gauges and types, so I'm just not sure what to get.

Cat5 UTP and Cat6 UTP are available? Dial-up and DSL can use Cat5 just fine for years; my guess is Cat6 should work just fine for cable such as Time Warner or AT&T.

My ISP is WOW. I went to home depot and Lowes and they have cable but it just did not look right. It looked like maybe it was designed to go in the walls. My thoughts was to just to cable it at the base boards, so I thought patch cables. Having said that buying patch cables can be expensive, so I thought I could buy a roll of patch cable and save some money, not to mention help some friends out if they needed any. Its just so confusing when I look on line. I just need to get a roll (100ft) of cable or more. I just see gauges listed and that confuses me. Sorry to be such a bother but just trying to learn.

Cat 5e is all you need. It`s much simpler to just buy the cables in the length you need.

bundling HDMI cable together with USB 2.0 cable will be interferences?
If I tape together tightly HDMI and USB cables for a 15 foot run, will they cause any interference? I know they are digital signals so I think should not. But doing this does cause a herring bone interference with analog vga cable.

Will this cable work to extend coaxial cable for cable box?
Getting a new TV and placing it in a different spot than where the old TV is and I realized the coaxial cable coming from the wall isn't going to reach the new location for cable box's "Cable IN" connection. Can I use this as an extension? It looks right to me but I just want to be sure.
