Laptop will not connect to desktop computers on network

I just recently switched Internet providers and I went to resetup my network. My two desktops will hook up fine, but the laptop will not. I tried pinging the IPs and my desktops gets a reply from the laptop, but the laptop does not receive a reply from the desktops. I am not on a homegroup and have no desire to deal with one and all file sharing options are selected on every computer. Both desktops are Windows 8.1 and the laptop is Windows 10. Thanks!
