Connect to Printer via Router, But not the Internet

I want to hard-wire a desktop computer to my router so it can access a wireless printer, but not let it access the internet.

It does not have a wireless card.

    How do I do that?
    Thanks, cb

I put it in as an attachment to this reply.

    I am completely confused.
The desktop computer I want to do this on is the one whose Host Name is D8300.
The one whose Host Name is ASUS is a laptop that is connected to the internet.

How do I make the changes on the D8300?
    Thanks, cb
