    Unable to connect to network issue (details in post)

    Hey im trying to fix my friends computer,

    windows 10 home 64

    I have it posted on the windows 10 forums but no one has a response, so I'm hoping one of the AMAZING GURUS from the windows 7 forums could shed some light on this issue.. so it begins..

    I can access it via team viewer so i know it has network connectivity, but when trying to run virus scans install it errors and says "unable to connect to server" (spybot search and dest, Malwarebytes anti-malware,
    Windows defender (updates)

    i have checked network preferences/proxy settings, and still have no solution to fix this issue...

    can anyone possible point me in a direction to test, I have scoured forums with no fix to my issue

    attached is a picture of the issues im experiencing, anything else im missing please let me know

    thanks;
