How do I know Where my PC connects to (www)

    Dear Experts,

I have a software to upload reports to government office. I need to put it in our Firewall Whitelist since this program is blocked when uploading the reports.

As subjected, is there any tools that I can use to let me know where this program is connecting to which address?

Please do not suggest me to government because I did it and hasnt got feedback.

    Regards,

What software are to trying to use. Unless you are absolutely sure this is not a scam trying to steal your money or information you have to add the program to your firewall.

If you type into the the search box ( Start button) type in Allow a program through Windows Firewall and find the program you want to allow,

SevenForums has a tutorial on tutorial on this.

Where I live we submit forms on a secure (HTTPS) website with our browsers to the government.

Who owns the computer you are trying to send the report from?
Who is the administrator of said computer?
