Windows 7 Pro - only wired connection, no wireless

I just bought a computer, and can only connect to the internet via a wired connection, not wireless. The internet connection itself is fine. Windows connection tools don't seem to work - it says it is connected, but there is no internet (despite the fact that I am connected to the internet on my phone, and never had a problem with my old computer). The machine is a Dell Latitude E6430s.
Thanks!

You need to set the wireless adapter to obtain IP automatically it's set to no so you aren't getting an IP via DHCP you have set a static IP in the wrong range
