"Wireless Network Connection" doesn't have a valid IP configuration

Suddenly and without any apparent reason, I can no longer connect to the open WLAN-Hotspot around here. The hotspot works in principle, I'm connected with another laptop right now.

The problem seems to be a bit complicated, I'm not sure if there is a solution. I've appended the results from ipconfig /all, the internal diagnostic tool and the diagnostic tool given in this forum.

I've tried a safe reboot and renew/reset the various configurations without success. A driver issues seems unlikely because I didn't made chances to the system. Others have said, the antivirus may be the cause of it, even after deinstallation?

So what do you think?
