Can't ping Desktop Computer with wired connection
I have an issue where I can ping my desktop from my Laptop with a wireless connection but not a wired. I have Spectrum (Time Warner) Cable service. With wireless enabled and wired disabled I can see all components on the network. When wired everything else works, and I can ping everything except my Desktop. Desktop has a static IP, 192.168.0.20, and hosts a FlexLM Sever I ultimately need to see with my Laptop. Have tried static and dynamic ip's with the Laptop. I brought my work laptop home and was able to ping the desktop with both wired and wireless connections to the Modem. I'm by no means a networking Guru but I have searched for many hours and tried the things listed below. Rebooted everything many many times and unplugged all hubs switches and modem for over 10 secs.
netsh interface ip delete arpcache
netsh interface ipv4 add neighbors "Local Area Connection" 192.168.0.20 (mac address)
netsh interface ip add neighbors "Local Area Connection" 192.168.0.20 (mac address)
arp -s 192.168.0.20 (mac address)
netsh winsock reset
Attached are ipconfig -/alls for Wired Laptop and Desktop. Thanks for any help
