Windows 7: Can connect to RDP but can't use tasklist remotely.

Can connect to RDP but can't use tasklist remotely.

So, weird issue time! I'm no novice to working with computers and am turning to outside help as a last resort. I've been trying to solve this issue for days now and the more I look into it, the less things make sense.

I want to run tasklist on a remote computer on the same LAN. It claims my username or password is incorrect, but I'm sure I'm typing them correctly.

The confusing part is that I can RDP into the system just fine, which as far as I know, uses the same RPC system that RDP uses. Same username, same password, so why can't I tasklist?

I've already tried the usual stuff like disabling firewalls and using different computers, but I haven't gotten anywhere. What gives?
