    can't connect to android hotspot

My DSL went down with Irma. I'm trying to connect to my LG Phoenix 3. It appears in the box on the lower right with excellent signal , but when I open the sharing center I get a message that nothing is available. It appears to be WPA2 AES.
ATT is very spotty can only connect in the wee hours. Thanx in advance

Right-click on the wifi icon in the system tray (by the clock), and choose Available Networks. Then right click on your LG's network and choose Connect.

In other words, don't go through the "sharing center", go straight to the list of available networks and connect to it there.

Thank you. I did that, after a few moments it looks like it connects then goes to the troubleshooting sequence. And then Microsoft can't solve this no network adaptor
