Problems with Killer e2400

I'm having a lot problems with this device and very high latency and very bad audio, i have uninstalled the suite that that come with the drivers and installed only the inf driver, but its not helping much, its making day to day use of my pc almost impossible. i'm on Windows 7 home premium 64bit and a gigabyte 970-gaming motherboard with Killer e2400 NIC. i have looked around a lot and it seems that these NIC's are coursing a lot of problems.
