The only drivers I find are 7-8 years old for that model.
That adapter worked from the day I put it in and was still working until I took it out to try the last adapters. I put it back in and it started doing the same thing the new ones did. I put it back in with the installation CD and then (when it didn't work) I updated the driver from Realtek. Micrsosoft even had an update for it that I installed too.
I have the Ethernet plugged in but when I check the wireless adapter it gives me the option to disable only.
Ok, clicking on the Network icon in the taskbar, do you see your network as available to connect?
It says disconnected but the configuration utility can't find any networks.
I'm going to quit for the night. I'm at the point that sight is difficult. Working on 3 computers at a time is getting to a bit much at my stage in life. If anyone can think of more suggestions go ahead and post them and I will be back at work in the morning. Thanks for the help.
