I also noticed this in the Advanced Settings. Not sure if I set DHCP Reservation or if it was done automatically. I will attach a screen shot.

I am a firm believer on giving my devices a static IP or in your case a reserved IP on your router, it makes it easier to remember what is what when scanning.
Not sure what device that is in your last pic the mac address comes up as unknown. But anyway When I give my devices a static IP I do not use the same IP's that router gives out.
EG:
All my devices that I want a static IP I will give them from say 192.168.1.2 to 192.168.1.20
I then go into the router and change what IP's it hands out to 192.168.1.21 to 192.168.1.254
I use the same theory whether it's reserved by the router or entering it manually on the device.
It helps to stop conflicts.
