What do these Locks on some Icons mean?

    What do these Locks on some Icons mean?


    Attached is a Snip from my Systems User File.
    I would like to understand what the Lock Icon on some of the File Folders mean.
    Of the Folders displayed with Lock Icons, only two have a Password associated with them.

    Hello Mike,

    The lock overlay on a folder icon like that indicates the folder is set to "Share with" "Nobody".
