    port opening for SoulseekQT

I have tried everything. I copied and paste the port number to my modem's Virtual Servers tab. I disabled internet security. I disabled UPNP and NAT port settings in soulseekQT.

In port test it says port is still closed.

Go to this website, How To Forward a Port

Find your modem/router and then the App/Game.

You might need NAT on in the game/App.

UPnP (Universal Plug and Prey) should be off at all times. Never use it. Also, set an Admin password for your router and never allow remote administration.

Turn back on Internet Security and only allow the ports that need access to your game/App.

If you're interested in anonymous file sharing, you may be interested in OnionShare or file.io

What modem do you have? Is there also a router connected to it? I'm not sure if virtual servers is the right place. Also note, depending on your ISP, they may block certain ports from being used.
