I'll be grateful if any solutions is buffered on this.
I have had this challenge a couple of times and sometimes i format and reformat the system(s) then i set all the settings how it should be and the problem got solved.
But for a week now i have been trying to make this work on these 2laptops but all i got is something like the screen shot attached to this thread.
All systems are win7 installed,So amazing that some windows 7 pc already connected and working fine

You need to go online and see if you can find the Windows 7 drivers for this printer. Install the drivers on each computer that you need to print from.

But i have no idea of what you mean Mrjimphelps.
I thought since the printer is installed on a server pc i don't have to go installing it all on the PCs.
Please can you help me understand what you mean by go online and see if you can find the Windows 7 drivers for this printer, cause i have the printer's driver installed on the server PC. Or do i have to install the printer drivers on all the system? And if i do install it on all the PC how am i going to make it work on on printer? I think i'm lost for this one.

It means download printer driver from printer manufacturers site. Create a folder on the server side, and mark this folder shared. Move the Printer Driver into this shared folder.

Then you deploy the printer with Group Policy, and that will make it standardised. Select the GPO applies per machine or GPO applies per user selection. See .
