IP address

Hi I wonder if you can please help or advise me with the following problem.
I have 6 devices running from a Virgin router, 3 android, 1 Chrome book and 2 windows PC 1 using Win 7 the other one Win 10
The problem is with the PC using Win 7, it frequently changes itís IP address, showing my location in Germany, Sweden, France etc, causing BBC to change from bbc.co.uk - bbc.com, closing and restarting the PC restores the IP to the normal IP address, the other devices are not affected.
Any help advice would be much appreciated.
Neil

Hi neilck,

First off, let's get your system specifications sorted out in your UserCP > Edit System Spec setup. This will enable us to give you better advice!

The tutorial below [Published by Brink and written by CyberZeus] let's you easily see all of your system information, along with the option of making filling out your system specifications here at Seven Forums easier.

How to See Your System Specs with "System Info"

I hope this helps!

The IP of your post is correct for your ISP, try posting in this thread when it happens again and I can see the IP/ISP details of the post and that should help get to the bottom of the issue.

That is odd, you are now coming from a Frankfurt datacenter (M247 Ltd).

What browser did you use for that post? and can you reply with a different on so I can see if it's browser related?

That one is still coming from Frankfurt, so we can rule out browser hijack/extension.

Have you installed any VPN or privacy software?

It may be easier for you to run our diagnostic tool and upload the results so we can see what is running.

also, @samuria is very good with networking stuff and has some great diagnostic tools, maybe he will have some suggestions when he comes online.
