    New Network Card

I just got a boost in my Wifi Speed so I decided to get a new Card. I got it installed OK, the screens seem to be changing faster BUT the internet icon in the right lower corner, the cone one, has a star in it as if it is not working. What do I have to do to get the star gone from the cone? Any ideas?

Everything has got to be connected, the Wifi is working fine. It is just a glitch in the icon that I would like to correct.

I watched a lot of You Tube videos on this problem and finally found the one that corrected it. I uninstalled the Network form Device Manager and Restarted the PC. I then installed the Network and the icon is fine. Just make sure you have the Network Security Key handy before you uninstall.
