Remote Desktop [Event ID 56 TermDD)

    Hero

I was trying to logging in to my Win7 laptop from my Win10 laptop and i was getting this error

    Athentication Error
The Local Security Authority cannot be contacted
it might be expired passoword blah blah blah

So i went to event viewer i see many TermDD errors

The Terminal Server security layer detected an error in the protocol stream and has disconnected the client.

Some of binary errors which i dont understand
    Code:
    0000: 00040000 002C0002 00000000 C00A0038
    0008: 00000000 C00A0038 00000000 00000000
    0010: 00000000 00000000 D00000B5
    Code:
    0000: 00040000 002C0002 00000000 C00A0038
    0008: 00000000 C00A0038 00000000 00000000

    Code:
    0000: 00040000 002C0002 00000000 C00A0038
    0008: 00000000 C00A0038 00000000 00000000
    0010: 00000000 00000000 C0000008
    and there is more...

To be able to use RDC again i had to lower the security level of RDC to "Allow Connections from computers running any version of Remote Desktop (less secure)"

So I hope there is a fix for this...

This is the same issue that I posted yesterday: KB4480970 breaking Local Network access?

The issue has to do with KB4480970 (also KB4480960, which is the security only update variation), which was released recently. It also affects network shares. Microsoft has acknowledged it as an issue: Access Denied

Best thing to do is to either remove the update or wait for Microsoft to release a patch that will fix this.
