Sync time with another computer on LAN network

Hello Windows 7 experts,

I have a small office computer network and would like to sync time between computers. I have one computer that should be time server. i.e. I want all other computers to sync time with this articular computer.
I already know that I need to use net time command described here:
NET TIME and w32time – Windows Time Service

I have tested this and it works OK. All I need is to enter this command in CMD prompt under administrator privileges.
Now I would like to automate this task. Basically I want to use task scheduler that once a day the task that has this net time command will execute. So basically I need to save this command in some kind of bat file.
How to create task scheduler in windows 7 64 bit and make sure this bat file is executed under admin privileges every day, at say 1 PM?

Thank you.

Have you googled task scheduler for any guides? Using Task Scheduler in Windows 7 and Windows Vista

If you go to create a new task you should see an option for admin privileges and you should not only be able to point it to your bat file but you can even have it run a specific command.
